Slide on Flange Line

The Slide on Flange (SOF) machine produces slide on flange for duct transverse joints. This machine requires minimal operator involvement; as once the coil is loaded the roll former will run continuously, producing post cut lengths complete with sealant injection. The double-decoiler design (optional) allows the operator to continuously run the line while replacing an empty coil holder. The production of SOF is efficient with a high quality product for wholesale distribution or for use on your own ductwork. Production data is easily inputted by the operator or data download (optional) from a remote control station adjacent to the line.
