This bottom slip machine has constant rolling speed. Tubes are rolled from metal up to 2mm thick. Carbon steel rolls give a high resistance to deflection. Bottom roll swings out for easy removal of completed cylinder Top and bottom rolls driven Carbon steel rolls give high resistance to deflection Top and back rolls grooved for wired edges Geared drive on 4” and 5” hand machines for easy operation Longitudinal grooves cut in bottom roll on 5" machines to assist in aligning Fully guarded to Health and Safety regulations Emergency stop kick plates both sides of machine on power models Low voltage control circuit located inside electrically interlocked cabinet with mains isolator (for standard power supply 380/440 volts 3 phase 50 hertz). Shrouded forward/ reverse foot control with armoured wandering lead.
