Pod-Line

The Pod-Line produces attenuators or 'silencer' pods with excellent sound absorbing properties which help to alleviate the noise control problems often encountered in HVAC engineering. Rigidised channel sections can be rollformed in widths from 100mm to 350mm in 50mm increments, direct from slit coil on three integral one tonne decoilers. The machine is easily programmed to produce any size box, U’s L’s or flat single sides in any quantity with integral corner notching and hole punching for the corner seam and tie straps. All the shear, notch, punch and folding operations are pneumatic; the Rollformer and drive rollers are controlled by a 3 Kw inverter drive. This machine can be programmed for any size box, U’s, L’s or flat single sides in any quantity. It is quiet to operate and is totally enclosed for safety.
