The Firmac Multiduct (pneumatic) has 6 waiting stations and 6 five ton coil holders for side loading, together with guards and sheet separators, the machine benefits from having automatic coil selection, levelling and pleating, 2 infeed rolls, 3 levelling rolls, 2 pleating rolls, folder and upstroke guillotine all with the capacity of 0.6mm to 1.2mm galvanized steel. The Multi-Duct not only produces standard ducts of any size from coil widths of up to a maximum of 2000mm it is able to fold random sized ducts cut from the 2 meter coil; with the use of the powered backstop making it possible to form a complete duct in one piece of approximately 450mm x 450mm or in two pieces 950mm x 950mm.
