CGF2 Corner Inserter - Single Headed Unit Simplifies fitting corners by hand. This single headed unit offers insertion at one corner of the duct to simplify the process of fitting corners by hand. Corners are loaded into a magazine and flow freely into the insertion mechanism. A duct corner will be completed in 15 seconds, which would include the time to turn the duct. The insertion process takes 5 seconds per corner. It is expected that this unit will be set level with the floor for easy loading of ducting, especially the larger ducts. This double headed unit offers insertion at both ends of the duct to limit the handling needed to fit all the corners. Corners are loaded into a magazine and flow freely into the insertion mechanism. A duct corner will be completed in 15 seconds, which would include the time to turn the duct. The insertion process takes 5 seconds per corner. It is expected that this unit will be set level with the floor for easy loading of ducting, especially the larger ducts.
