CGF1 20/30 Flange Former

This free standing machine makes a continuous girth flange (CGF1) with rotary metal stitching. Producing at 16-17 metres per minute this machine forms CGF1 profile on both sides. Each side will produce a flange size to suit your production needs either 20mm, 30mm or 35mm. Flanges can be rolled individually or simultaneously if required. The CGF1 Flange is a superior alternative to the "Slide on flange" on all straight ducts and most duct fittings depending on length and shape complexity. The Flange is rolled directly on to the wall of the duct, eliminating the need for more costly framework using slide on flange.
