50 Station Rollformer

The 50 station Rollformer can manufacture ductwork fittings down to a minimum side length of 100mm with the aid of a clamp. The machine has 50 fully powered rolling stations ensuring a common and continuous drive throughout the length of the machine. This machine will manufacture the new CGF3 flange profile which has no stitching or spot welding so is virtually air tight. The CGF3 flange can also be produced on the MDF and the Pro-Duct DRS range of machinery.
